Hip Replacement

Like the commercial, Dr. Bell is a rockstar! The whole experience was tremendous, thorough consult on condition of my hip, his great team of nurses and operating room staff and Dr. Bell. In for surgery and home the same day, up and walking in 3 hours! 1 day after surgery didn’t need pain pills, 2 weeks after surgery I was chipping and putting, 4 weeks I was back playing golf 4-5 days a week. Dr. Bell is a professional but caring surgeon who answers every question in thoughtful detail. I highly recommend Dr. Bell. My quality of life at 72 yrs old was returned to normal, thanks Dr Bell.

Dr. Bell from JOI was strongly recommended by a coworker for Total Knee Replacement so I chose him to do so. Dr Bell performed my 2 total knee replacement (TKR) surgeries six weeks apart. After18 weeks my right knee almost feels and functions like it did 30 years ago. After 12 weeks my left knee is not far behind. I can now go up and down steps and bleachers without any hesitation. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, Dr. Bell, Catherine and Team were great. Even the nurse that shaved & scrubbed me before surgery helped make the experience a lot less onerous than I thought it would be. In my follow up visits, Dr. Bell & Team were plugged in to how my Post Op PT was going in case any PT adjustments were needed. Now I know why Dr. Bell was so highly recommended. If you're in need of TKR surgery, I also highly recommend Dr. Bell & Team. They’ll take care of you every “step” of the way.

Dr Bell did a total knee replacement for me recently. In all of my visits, he has been knowledgeable, forthright, and personable. Dr Bell is a great doctor

Dr Bell is always attentive and explains everything we go over in all my visits. Dr Bell replaced both my knees it was a great experience from start to finish to ongoing care. He has the best bed side manner and fully explains procedures and outcomes. He helped make the experience easy and less stressful considering everything I was going through. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Bell renewed both my hips in the last two years, and I can't say enough great things about him. He's extremely knowledgeable, and you feel he really listens to you and your concerns. Doctor Bell is a knowledgeable, excellent Doctor. He replaced my right knee in June 2024. The surgery went well and has left me living a better quality of life. Dr. Bell replaced my left knee Dec 1, 2021. It went so well I had him replace my right knee May 31, 2023. Both surgeries were excellent and truly improved my quality of life. Dr. Bell is professional, personable, and one of the best in his field. I fully trust him. My healing went faster than I expected, just be sure to follow your physical therapy. I refer him everyone I know and so far, 2 ladies I know had him do their knee replacement also.
