Dr. Bell makes you feel confident about the choices that you make and I highly recommend him to anyone. My Hip is great and I'm playing sports with no problem as if I never had a hip replacement. -

I had both knees replacement done, and I am very satisfied with Dr. Bell and the entire staff, my knees still recovering and undergoing PT, but the results of improvement are great. -

I have had a lot of experience with different doctors over the past several years and I have found that Dr. Bell rates equally high with some of those doctors. Have total Liver transplant, back fusion and now total knee replacement, Dr. Bell rates number 1 in my book. His presence is comforting and has a calming effect to his patients. His knowledge and expertise are demonstrated on how he presents your situation and what he can do to help you with it. I have heard from other people that have seen him that they are extremely happy with his abilities and are glad that they have gone to him. So, if you want a doctor to assist you with your joint issues, Dr Phillip Bell is the doctor to see. -

I had a knee replacement by Dr. Bell in March. He is a great professional, surgeon, he cares about you, and listens and answers your concerns. It's been a long journey for me but he tried everything to help me so I didn't have to have surgery but my knee was in too bad shape. I recommend him to anyone that needs their knee replaced. The staff in his office are also wonderful and friendly. Hardly any wait times for my appointments. JOI is GREAT!! -

From my very first visit Dr Bell has been polite, professional, and patient with me as I navigated my way to a decision on knee replacement surgery. On April 14th, 2023 Dr Bell performed a UKA (partial knee replacement). Two weeks later I was off pain medication, free from using a cane and was driving. Note; I still used the cane until week four when I was in crowded settings to make sure people were aware of me and gave me space to get by. By week six I was back to most of my daily routines and activities. I am on week eight and have begun playing pickleball again twice a week and swimming. I couldn't be happier about the outcome and my recovery. I have strengthening goals yet to meet and there is still moderated swelling which I ice as needed. I also want to mention the staff at JOI Baptist South and JOI rehab World Golf Village. Everyone was encouraging and helpful. -

What an awesome experience; the friendliest staff and a caring Doctor. I had both knees replaced 3 months apart (March and June 22); no swelling, full range in a weeks time. Had my one year check up and both knees are working great and no pain! What a great experience! -

I had a knee replacement done by a different Dr and had nothing but major problems post surgery. I went to see Dr Bell who understood by issues and did a knee revision surgery. The outcome is beyond my expectations and I couldn't be happier. Dr Bell knows what he is doing and my results prove it. I highly recommend him. -

In hospital ONE night for total knee replacement surgery. MINIMAL pain for 1 week and easily controlled. I iced with the ice machine as directed, exercised as directed. Dr. Bell is a magician when it comes to this surgery! I was in agony before, now, at only 2 months, I am walking, bending my knee to sit and drive with NO PAIN! If you need this surgery, please don’t hesitate to see Dr. Bell and schedule this surgery. He will give your enjoyment of life back to you in just weeks! Thank God for Dr. Bell! -

Doctor Bell is a excellent orthopedic surgeon. He did a total knee replacement on January 20th of this year.(2023)
It was on my right leg. He walked me through each step along the way. He was encouraging and supportive of me. He talked me through my fears. I am going a cruise next week. If you need a great orthopedic surgeon call him. -
